We understand that sometimes an item may not align with your spirit or fit as envisioned. Our returns and exchanges process is designed with the same transparency, simplicity, and trust that guide our designs.
Our Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of the delivery date. To ensure a smooth process, please review the following mindful guidelines.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging or a suitable protective package.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required.
- Non-Returnable Items: For the well-being of our entire community, we cannot accept returns on Sleepwear (for hygiene reasons) and any final sale items marked as such. All other menu categories—Dresses, Leggings, Long Sleeve Tops, Pants, Skirts, Tops & Tees, Wraps & Sweaters—are eligible if conditions are met.
The Mindful Return & Exchange Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, please email our Customer Spirit team at [email protected]. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary details.
- Receive Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping your return.
- Ship Your Item: Securely package the item(s) and ship them to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received at our Spirit Hub, our team will inspect the item(s). Upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Refunds: Timing & Method
Your peace of mind is paramount. Once your return is approved, here is what to expect:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return. The total time for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your original payment method and financial institution.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For payments made via Visa, Mastercard, or JCB, the refund will go back to your card. For PayPal payments, the refund will be issued to your PayPal account.
- Amount: You will receive a refund for the cost of the returned item(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is received and approved. If the new item is of a different value, we will either charge or refund the difference.
