All orders are lovingly handled from our Spirit Hub in Sacramento, California.

  • Processing: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10–15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15–25 business days after dispatch.

You will receive tracking once your order is on its way. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location or customs.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of the delivery date, reflecting our Mindful Returns policy.

Your Responsibilities for Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Return in original or suitable protective packaging.
  • Provide proof of purchase (order number/receipt).
  • Sleepwear and final sale items are non-returnable for hygiene and clearance reasons.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Upon approval of your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, a new item will be shipped after return approval, with price differences settled accordingly.
